(حي) إنْسولين، هرمون تفرزه غدد لانجرهانز في البنكرياس يؤدِّي نقصُ إفرازه إلى مرض البول السكّريّ، يتمّ تحضيره ويُعطَى دواء لمعالجة مرض السُّكّر.
