جرى مجرىً واحدًا، تتابعَ فاستقام وتماثلت أحكامُه

بتتابع وبصورة منتظمة.

In succession and in a regular, orderly manner.

عمّت وخلَت من الشذوذ

🇬🇧 Translation:

To be generally applicable and free from exceptions/anomalies.

دار الحكمُ فيه مع الوصف وجودًا وعَدَمًا.

🇬🇧 Translation:

The ruling or judgment in it correlates consistently with the presence or absence of the descriptive attribute (consistency of analogy).
