الشّهر التاسع من شهور السَّنة الشّمسيَّة، يأتي بعد آب ويليه تشرين الأوّل ويقابله سبتمبر من شهور السّنة الميلاديَّة، وهو نهاية فصل الصَّيف وبداية فصل الخريف.

The ninth month of the solar months, coming after Ab (August), followed by Tishrin al-Awwal (October), corresponding to September in the Gregorian calendar. It marks the end of summer and the beginning of autumn.
