ج بوقات وأبواق وبيقان : (سق) أداة موسيقيّة مجوَّفة، صوتها حادّ، يُنفخ فيها أو يُزمَر، أو آلة نفخ نحاسيّة تتكون من أنبوب طويل وقاعدة تتَّسع للخارج كالقمع، والأنواع الحديثة لها ثلاثة مفاتيح لإصدار النَّغمات المختلفة

(طب) أنبوبان بكثافة القلم ينبعثان من الرَّحم ويتَّسع طرفاهما الطَّليقان حتى يشكِّلا قمعين، وهذان البوقان يقابلان قناتيّ المَني عند الرجل وفيهما تسير الخلايا التَّناسليَّة.
