🇬🇧 Translation:

Breast.

بئس التَّربية التي تربَّيتها
بِزُّ الرَّجل لا يُدرّ لبنًا : قاسي الطّبع، قليلاً ما يُشفق (على عكس المرأة) ويُضرب للرَّجل الذي له ثأر ولا يَقبل إلاّ الأخذَ به
فلانٌ لا يشربها من البِزِّ الأيسر : لا يُلوى ذراعُه، لا يُجبر على أمرٍ لا يرتضيه.

🇬🇧 Translation:

What a wretched upbringing you were raised with
(بِزُّ الرَّجل لا يُدرّ لبنًا): Hard-natured, rarely compassionate (unlike a woman), applied to a man who has a blood feud and accepts nothing less than exacting revenge
(فلانٌ لا يشربها من البِزِّ الأيسر): He cannot be coerced or forced into a matter he does not approve of.
