علمت، والفعل هنا من أفعال اليقين، ينصب مفعولين أصلهما المبتدأ والخبر.

You knew/realized, and the verb here is a verb of certainty (af'al al-yaqin), which governs two objects in the accusative case that originally were a subject and a predicate.
