(كم) جسم مُركّب من الكربون والهيدروجين يُستخرج من الزُّيوت الحاصلة من تصفية قطران الفحم الحجريّ، وهو صُلْب لا لون له، يُستعمل معقِّمًا ومطهِّرًا ويستخدم كذلك في صناعة المفرقعات والأصباغ
