شراب حلو، به قليل من الزيوت العطريّة، مشبَّع بغاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون، تحت ضغط أعلى من الضغط الجويّ، وقد يضاف إليه موادّ أخرى تكسبه لونًا أو طعمًا خاصًّا
