غذَّى يغذِّي، غَذِّ، تغذيةً، فهو مُغَذٍّ، والمفعول مُغَذًّى

أمدَّه بالغِذاء، أي بالطَّعام والشراب

أطعمه الغذاء.

to feed him food.

ربَّاه على ذلك

to raise him upon that.

• زوّدها بغذاءٍ روحيّ
• غذّى فِكْرَه : زوّده بغذاءٍ من عِبَرٍ وأفكار.

• to supply it with spiritual nourishment
• to feed one's mind: to equip it with nourishment of lessons and thoughts.
