ج أَغْطِيَة : سِتْر، ما يُجعل فوق الشَّيء ليواريه أو يستره

(شر) الجزء الأوسط من الدِّماغ، يتألَّف من ألياف بيضاء تجري بالطُّول عبر المادَّة السِّنجابيّة.
