إباضِيَّة

(سف) فرقة من الخوارج شاع أمرها في أواخر الدَّولة الأُمويَّة، وتُنسب إلى عبد الله بن إباض التميميّ، انتشرت في الكوفة والبصرة ثم انتقلت إلى المغرب، وما زالت موجودة حتَّى اليوم في بلاد المغرب وسلطنة عمان.

Ibadi, a sect of the Khawarij that emerged in the late Umayyad period, attributed to Abdullah bin Ibadh al-Tamimi. It spread in Kufa and Basra, then moved to North Africa, and still exists today in North Africa and the Sultanate of Oman.
