(جر) منظمة دوليّة تهدف إلى إلغاء القيود الجمركيّة على البضائع المتبادلة بين الدول الأعضاء، وتشريع سياسة تعريفة جمركيّة موحّدة من أجل الدول غير الأعضاء.
