(قن) سلّمه أرضَه لاستثمارها على نصيب معيّن كالثلث والربع وغيرهما، شاركه في زراعة أرض على نصيب معيَّن.

🇬🇧 Translation:

(Law) Mudarabah/sharecropping arrangement; the owner handed over his land to the farmer to cultivate for a specific share such as a third or a fourth, etc., partnering in farming land for a specified share.
