خدَّرَ يخدِّر، تخديرًا، فهو مخدِّر، والمفعول مخدَّر

أعطاه مادَّةً مخدِّرةً؛ لتعطيل إحساسه

سيطر على تفكيره وعطّل ردّ الفعل عنده، ألهاه وصرف نظرَه بالوعود والتسويفات.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Controlled his thinking and paralyzed his reactions, distracted him and diverted his attention with promises and procrastination.

سبّب له الفتور والاسترخاء، جعله يسترخي ويفتُر.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Caused him sluggishness and limpness, made him relax and weaken.

ألزمها الخِدْرَ.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Obliged her to stay in her seclusion (khidir).
