اسم شرط لما لا يعقل جازم لفعلين يدُلُّ على الزّمان أو على غير الزّمان

🇬🇧 Translation:

A conditional particle for non-rational things that governs two verbs (jazim), indicating time or other than time.

" مهما يزرْني أكرِمْهُ : يدلّ على الزّمان
مهما تحدثت فأنت مجيد
ومهما تكُن عند امرئ من خليقة … وإن خالها تَخْفَى على الناس تُعْلَمِ
{وَقَالُوا مَهْمَا تَأْتِنَا بِهِ مِنْ ءَايَةٍ لِتَسْحَرَنَا بِهَا فَمَا نَحْنُ لَكَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ} : يدلّ على غير الزّمان "

"Whatever visits me, I will honor him: indicates time
Whatever you speak, you are eloquent
And whatever trait a person possesses... even if he thinks it hidden from people, it will be known
{And they said, 'Whatever sign you bring us with which to bewitch us, we will not be believers in you'}: indicates other than time"
