مِحْنَة

ج مِحْنَات ومِحَن : بلاء وشِدّة، ما يُمتحن الإنسانُ به من بليَّة، تجربة شديدة مؤلمة، وخاصّة تلك التي تمتحن الشَّخصيَّةَ أو القدرةَ على التحمُّل
🇬🇧 Translation:
Plural miḥnāt and miḥan: affliction and hardship, that by which a person is tested in terms of calamity, a severe painful experience, especially one that tests personality or endurance

- " وقع في مِحْنة
