(حي) خفض كثافة عشائر أيّ نوع ضارّ باستخدام أعدائه الطبيعيّة من مفترسات أو طفيليَّات أو ميكروبات.

(رع) إبادة الدّودة البيضاء التي لا تعفّ عن قرْض أي نبات.
