ج أمصال ومُصول : (طب) ما يُتَّخذ من دم حيوان محصَّن من الإصابة بمرض كالجُدَريّ والدَّفْتريا، ثم يُحْقَن به جسم آخر ليُكسبه مناعة تحميه من الإصابة بذلك المرض
