جعل بعضَه فوق بعضٍ

حدّدها وعيَّنَها بنصّ، وضعها بين علامتي تنصيص

To define and specify it with a text, to put it in quotation marks

قوسان مزدوجان (" ") يوضع بينهما كلُّ ما ينقله الكاتب من كلام غيره.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Double quotation marks (" ") within which is placed whatever a writer quotes from the speech of others.
