نيروز؛ أوّل يوم في السَّنة الشَّمسيّة عند الفُرس ويوافق اليوم الحادي والعشرين من مارس، وهو بدء فصل الربيع.

Nowruz; the first day of the solar year according to the Persians, corresponding to the twenty-first of March, marking the beginning of spring.

يوم الفرح عمومًا.

A day of general joy and festivity.

عيد النوروز

عيد النيروز؛ أكبر الأعياد القوميّة للفرس، وهو عيد الربيع عندهم.

🇬🇧 Translation:

The Nowruz Festival; the greatest national holiday of the Persians, which is their spring festival.
