ج قِرَدة وقُرود، مؤ قِرْدة، ج مؤ قِرَد : (حن) حيوانٌ لَبُونٌ من رتبة الرئيسيّات من طائفة الثَّدييَّات، أنواعه كثيرة، مُولعٌ بالتقليد، وهو أقرب الحيوانات شبهًا بالإنسان، خبيث سريع الفهم والتعلُّم
🇬🇧 Translation:
pl. قِرَدة qiradah and قُرود qurūd, feminine قِرْدة qirdah, feminine pl. قِرَد qirad: (Zoology) Monkey, a mammal of the order primates, of numerous species, fond of mimicry, the animal most resembling humans, cunning, quick to understand and learn.
شخص كثير المهارة كثير الرشاقة، كثير المكْر.
🇬🇧 Translation:
A person of great skill, agility, and cunning.
