قَرَه جُوز، قَرَه قُوز، دُمًى صغيرة من الورق المقوَّى أو الخشب الرقيق يحرِّكها إنسان مُخْتفٍ وينطقُ بما تقول فتُرى كأنّها تتحرّك وتتكلّم وتُسمَّى أيضًا : كرَكُوز أو الدُّمى المتحرِّكة.

Qarah Juz, Qarah Quz; small puppets made of cardboard or thin wood moved by a hidden person who speaks for them so they appear to move and speak; also called: Karakoz or marionettes.
