قصّره، قطعه بالمقصّ

• قَصَّ جناح فلان : أضعفه
• قصَّ ما بينهما : قطع الصِّلة بينهما
• مقصوص الجناح : ذليل، عاجز، قصير الباع.

• To restrain him
• قصَّ جناح فلان (to clip someone's wings): to weaken him
• قصَّ ما بينهما: to sever the connection between them
• مقصوص الجناح: humiliated, helpless, incapable.

حكاها، رواها لهم، أخبرهم بها

To narrate it, tell it to them, inform them of it.

راقبه، تتبّع أثَره

🇬🇧 Translation:

To monitor him, to track his footsteps.
