رتَّلَ يُرتِّل، ترتيلاً، فهو مُرتِّل، والمفعول مُرتَّل

جوَّد تلاوتَه وتأنَّق فيها ولم يعجل

Beautified his recitation, recited it deliberately and without haste.

• القُرآن المجوَّد بدون تغنٍّ أو تلحين
• رتَّل على مسامعكم : تعبير إذاعي يَتْبَع قراءة القرآن.

🇬🇧 Translation:

• The Qur'an recited with Tajweed without singing or chanting
• rattala 'ala masami'ikum : A radio expression following the recitation of the Qur'an.

أحسن تأليفه وجوَّده.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Composed it well and beautified it.

أنزله مقسّمًا على حسب الأسباب في تؤدة وتمهّل

🇬🇧 Translation:

Revealed it gradually according to circumstances in a slow and measured way.
