ج سَفائِنُ وسُفُن وسَفين : فُلْك، مركب لنقل النَّاس أو البضائع في البحر أو النهر

Plural: safa'inu, sufun and safin : Ark, a watercraft for transporting people or goods at sea or in a river (Ship/Boat).

دودة السُّفن
(حن) حيوان بحريّ شبيه بالدود من الرخويّات، له صدفتان أوليّتان يثقب بهما خشب السفينة المغمور في الماء.
