سحَبَ يَسحَب، سَحْبًا، فهو ساحِب، والمفعول مَسْحوب

جرّه على الأرض، جرَّه خلفه

• سحَب ذيلَه : مشَى متبخْتِرًا.

• Lengthened it
• sahaba dhaylahu : walked proudly (To drag/Walk proudly).

جعله يتراجع عن مواقعه.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Made it retreat from its positions (To withdraw).

رجع عنها

🇬🇧 Translation:

Retracted it (To withdraw/Retract).

سحب نفسَه من كذا : خلع نفسه ومنع نفسَه من التدخَل في كذا.

🇬🇧 Translation:

sahaba nafsahu min kadha : extricated himself and prevented himself from interfering in such and such (To withdraw oneself).

استردّها

🇬🇧 Translation:

Retrieved it (To withdraw/Retrieve).

• سحَب السفيرَ : استدعاه
• سحب على المكشوف : أفرط في السَّحب من رصيده المودع.

🇬🇧 Translation:

• sahaba as-safira : recalled him
• sahaba 'ala al-makshufi : overdrew from his deposited balance (To recall/Overdraw).

أخرجه وأشهره.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Took it out and unsheathed it (To unsheathe).
