ستريك

(كم) حمض بلوريّ نصف شفّاف عديم اللون، يشتقّ من تخمير الكربوهيدرات أو من عصائر الليمون أو الأناناس، يستخدم في تحضير السترات، والمنكهات، وموادّ تلميع وصقل المعادن.

Translation:

(Chemistry) A translucent, colorless crystalline acid derived from the fermentation of carbohydrates or from lemon or pineapple juices, used in the preparation of citrates, flavorings, and metal polishing and finishing materials (Citric acid).
