" تمّ توزيع الأراضي على الفلاحين
تمّ الكتابُ/ الشهرُ
مَن تمَّ عقله قلّ كلامه [مثل]
{وَوَاعَدْنَا مُوسَى ثَلَاثِينَ لَيْلَةً وَأَتْمَمْنَاهَا بِعَشْرٍ فَتَمَّ مِيقَاتُ رَبِّهِ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً} "

" The distribution of land to the farmers was completed
The book/month was completed
He whose intellect is complete speaks little [Proverb]
{And We appointed for Moses thirty nights and perfected them with ten, so the time set by his Lord was complete at forty nights} "
