• الحوادث السَّعيدة أو المؤسفة التي تتتابع في الحياة
• تقلَّب في النِّعمة : عاش منعّمًا سعيدًا، تمتَّع بها.

🇬🇧 Translation:

• happy or unfortunate events that succeed each other in life
• to live in luxury: to live comfortably and happily, enjoying it.

أرق، تحوَّل من جانب إلى جانبٍ آخر

🇬🇧 Translation:

to toss and turn in bed, suffer from insomnia

• تقلَّب على الجمر : قلِق، شُغِل
• تقلَّب على رَمْضاء البُؤس : اكتوى بنار الفقر وعانى من مرارته وشقائه.

🇬🇧 Translation:

• To walk on hot coals: to be anxious, worried
• To suffer the scorching heat of misery: to burn in the fire of poverty and suffer its bitterness.

تصرَّف فيها كيف شاء
