ج طراطيرُ : (كم) حمض الدُّرْديّ [حمض الطِّرطِريك] ، وهو حمض عضوي توجد منه أنواع متناظِرة، والنوع العادي بلوراته شفافة، يذوب في الماء والكحول ويوجد عادة في أنسجة الخضر والفاكهة.
