مف تُوتة : (نت) جنس شجر من الفصيلة التّوتيّة، يزرع لثمره الذي يأكله الإنسان، أو لورقه الذي يُربّى عليه دود القزِّ، وله أنواع كثيرة، ويسمَّى أيضًا الفرصاد، وتُطلق الكلمة أيضا على ثمر هذا الشّجر.

Sing. tūtah: (Botany) A genus of trees belonging to the mulberry family (Moraceae), cultivated for its edible fruit or its leaves used to feed silkworms. It has numerous species, also called firsād, and the word is also used for the fruit of this tree.
