ج عَضَلات وعَضَل : (شر) كلُّ عُضوٍ لحميٍّ يتألَّف من الألياف، يمكن أن يُسبِّبَ انقباضُه وارتخاؤه حركةً في الجسم
🇬🇧 Translation:
Pl. عَضَلات and عَضَل: (Anatomy) Every fleshy organ composed of fibers, whose contraction and relaxation can cause movement in the body.
  • أظهر قُوَّتَه متباهيًا أو مهدِّدًا
  • مفتول العَضَلات : قوِيّ، شديد.
🇬🇧 Translation:
  • Showed off his strength boastfully or threateningly
  • مفتول العَضَلات (muscle-bound/muscular): strong, powerful.

العَضَلات الإراديَّة
(شر) عضلات تخضع للسَّيطرة الواعية مثل العضلات الهيكليَّة.

العَضَلات اللَاّإراديَّة
