عبَسَ يعبِس، عَبْسًا وعُبوسًا، فهو عابِس وعَبُوس

قطَّب ما بين عينيه وتجهَّم لإبداء الاستياء وعدم الرِّضا، ظهر أثرُ الحزن على وجهه، اكفهرَّ

Frowned between his eyes and scowled to show displeasure and dissatisfaction, the effect of sadness appeared on his face, looked gloomy.

عكِر مُنَفِّر.

Sour and repulsive.

اسم سورة من سور القرآن الكريم، وهي السُّورة رقم 80 في ترتيب المصحف، مكِّيَّة، عدد آياتها اثنتان وأربعون آية.
