(قص) البيع برأس المال مع زيادة معلومة، أو بيع السلعة بالثمن الذي اشتُريَتْ به مع الاتّفاق على ربح معلوم.

(قص) بيع سندات أو أسهم تكون مُقترَضة من شخص قبل الربح ويُدفع ثمنُها بعد هبوط السعر.

عقد البيع

(قص) عقد بين شخصين هما البائع والمشتري، يلتزم فيه الأول بالتنازل عن ملكيّة شيء، ويلتزم فيه الثاني بدفع ثمن هذا الشيء.
