وزارة الدِّفاع

(سك) وزارة تتولّى الدِّفاع عن البلاد وإعلان الحرب على الأعداء، ويطلق عليها وزارة الحربيّة.

الدِّفاع الشَّرعيّ

(قن) حَقٌ يعطيه القانون للشَّخص بحيث يبيح له الالتجاء إلى قدر من القوّة لمنع خطر الاعتداء على نفسه وماله، أو على نفس الغير وماله.
