طلاه بالدُّهْن أو الزَّيت أو الطِّيب

Coated it with paint, colored it and painted it with colors.

بلَّها بلاًّ يسيرًا.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Moistened it slightly (rain moistened the earth).

خدعه وختله وأظهر له غير ما يُضمر، تملَّقه ونافقه

🇬🇧 Translation:

Deceived and tricked him, showed him other than what he concealed, flattered and acted hypocritically towards him.
