ج أَدْهار وأَدْهُر ودُهور :

زمن الحياة الدُّنيا كلّها، مُدَّة بقاء الدُّنيا إلى انقضائها
🇬🇧 Translation:
The entire time of worldly life, the duration of the world's existence until its end (time/epoch).

- أكل عليه الدَّهر وشرِب : طال عمرُه وتأثّر بمرور الزَّمن عليه، بلي من القدم

- Time ate and drank on him : He lived long and was affected by the passage of time, worn out by age
