درابزين، قوائم متتابعة من حجر أو حديد أو خشب يعلوها امتدادٌ طولِيٌّ، يُوضَعُ على جانبيّ السُّلّم ليحمي الصَّاعِدَ والنَّازِلَ من السُّقوط، ويُوضع أيضًا على جوانب الشُّرفة.

Handrail (Banister), successive pillars of stone, iron, or wood topped by a longitudinal extension, placed on both sides of a staircase to protect the ascender and descender from falling, and also placed on the sides of a balcony.
