ج غازات : (فز) حالة من حالات المادّة الثلاث تكون في العادة شفّافة، تتميَّز بأنّها تشغل كلّ حيِّز تُوضع فيه وتشكَّل بشكله، كالهواء والأكسجين وثاني أكسيد الكربون في درجات الحرارة والضغط العاديَّين، ويمكن عادة إسالة أيّ غاز بزيادة الضَّغط عليه مع خفض درجة حرارته
