هدَى يَهدي، اهْدِ، هُدًى وهَدْيًا وهِدايةً، فهو هادٍ، والمفعول مَهدِيّ

أرشده ودلَّه، وفَّقه، عكسه أضلّه

تقدّمه كما يتقدَّم الهادي المهديَّ.

Preceded him as a guide precedes the guided.

عرَّفه إيّاه، وبيَّنه له، ساقه ووجَّهه

Made it known to him, clarified it for him, led and directed him.

زفَّها إليه.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Escorted the bride to her husband.

سار سيرَه، استرشد به

🇬🇧 Translation:

Followed his path, sought guidance from him.
