حرَثَ يَحرُث ويَحرِث، حَرْثًا، فهو حارِث، والمفعول مَحْروث

شقّها بالمحراث؛ ليزرعها أو ليبذر فيها الحبّ

حرّكها بالمحراث.

Stirring it with a poker/plow.

كسبه وجمعه.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Earning and gathering wealth.

بحث فيه وعُنِيَ به، قتَله بحثًا.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Investigating and paying close attention to it, thoroughly researching it.

داستها حتى صارت كالمحروثة.

🇬🇧 Translation:

Trampling the ground until it became like plowed land.
