حصَدَ يَحصُد ويَحصِد، حَصْدًا وحَصادًا، فهو حَاصِد، والمفعول مَحْصود وحَصِيد

التحذير من التّقتير والشُّحّ.

Warning against stinginess and miserliness.

نالت منهم بالقتل وغيره

struck them down with killing and the like

• نال نتيجةَ عمله أو جزاءَ ما فعل? مَنْ يزرعِ الرِّيحَ يحصدِ العاصفة
• من زرع الشَّرَّ حصَد النّدامةَ
• كما تزرع تحصد [مثل]
• الَّذي يزرع الشَّوك لا يحصد العنب [مثل]
• حصَد ما زرع : نال جزاء فعله.
