حوِلَ يَحوَل، حَوَلاً، فهو أَحْوَلُ وحَوِل

اضطرب إبصارُه بالعينين الاثنتين إلى حدّ عدم رؤية الصُّورتين اللتين تلتقطهما العينان، اختلف اتّجاه إحدى عينيه عن الأخرى

his vision in both eyes was disordered to the point of not seeing the two images captured by the eyes, with the direction of one eye differing from the other

اختلف اتِّجاهها عن الأخرى، كان بها حَوَل.

🇬🇧 Translation:

its direction differed from the other eye, it was squinted/cross-eyed.
