كفَلَ يَكفُل، كَفْلاً وكَفالةً، فهو كافِل وكفيل، والمفعول مَكْفول

كفَل يتيمًا

ربّاه وأنفق عليه وقام بأمره، تعهّده برعايته

to raise an orphan, provide for him, take charge of his affairs, and commit to his care.

كفَل المالَ/ كفَل الرجُلَ

ضَمِنَه

🇬🇧 Translation:

to guarantee, stand as surety for.

" أنت خير المكفولين : في حديث وفد هوازن، يعني به رسول الله
أَنَا وَكَافِلُ الْيَتِيمِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ كَهَاتَيْنِ وَأَشَارَ بِأُصْبُعَيْهِ يَعْنِي : السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى [حديث]
{وَمَا كُنْتَ لَدَيْهِمْ إِذْ يُلْقُونَ أَقْلَامَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ يَكْفُلُ مَرْيَمَ} : وقرئت الآية بكسر الفاء (يَكفِل) "

" You are the best of those whose care is undertaken: in the Hadith of the Hawazin delegation, referring to the Messenger of Allah
