ج خبائصُ : نوعٌ من المجمدات تتّخذ من عصير العنب قبل طبخه ومن الدقيق. وقد تتّخذ من النشا والماء وعصير العنب المغلي المكثّف، تطبخ جميعًا حتى تكون في قوام المجمدات.
