(نت) عُشْب بَرِّيّ وزراعيّ مُعَمَّر، يُبْذَر في المراعي الاصطناعيَّة، لأنه مرغوب فيه من الماشية، وقد تسمن عليه، وقد يصلح خضِرًا حدائقيًّا قابلاً للجَزّ.

(Botany) A perennial wild and cultivated herb, sown in artificial pastures because it is favored by livestock, which may fatten on it, and it can also serve as a garden vegetable suitable for mowing.
