حامض الليمون؛ مادّة كيميائيّة حامضة تعرف كذلك باسم حامض الستريك، حمض بلوريّ نصف شفّاف، عديم اللون، يشتقّ من تخمير الكربوهيدرات أو من عصائر اللّيمون، يستخدم في صناعة النكهات أو موادّ تلميع وصقل المعادن.
