حرف ناسخ يفيد التَّمنّي، وهو من أخوات إنَّ ينصب الاسمَ ويرفع الخبرَ، ويُستعمل غالبًا للمستحيل وقد يُستعمل لبعض حالات الممكن، ويجوز إعماله أو إهماله عند دخول (ما) الزائدة عليه

A copulative particle denoting wish or hope, belonging to the sisters of 'inna, which puts the subject in the accusative and the predicate in the nominative. It is mostly used for the impossible and sometimes for possible situations. It may govern or be ignored when prefixed with the extra particle (mā)
