لفظة تفيد المصاحبة واجتماع شيئين، ولها استعمالان : أوّلهما : (أن تكون مضافة {فتكون ظرفًا ثنائيّ اللفظ وتدلّ على: موضع الاجتماع، ولهذا يخبر بها عن الذوات، أو تدلّ على زمان الاجتماع أو تكون مرادفة لكلمة: عند، ثانيهما:} أن تكون غير مضافة) فتأتي اسمًا منوَّنًا منصوبًا (على الحاليّة أو الظرفيّة) للمثنى والجمع

A word indicating accompaniment and the gathering of two things, and it has two uses: First: (if it is prefixed as mudhaf {then it becomes a two-word adverb indicating: the place of gathering, which is why it is predicated of entities, or it indicates the time of gathering, or is synonymous with the word: 'inda [at], Second:} if it is not prefixed) then it comes as a nunated accusative noun (denoting state or circumstance) for dual and plural.
