متَّعَ يمتِّع، تمتيعًا، فهو مُمتِّع، والمفعول مُمتَّع

رفَّهه وجعله يتمتّع أو يتلذّذ بها

Recreated and made him enjoy or take pleasure in them

نعَّمه ومدَّ له في العمر، أطال عمره ليستمتع بها ويلتذ وينتفع، زاد في رغد العيش

🇬🇧 Translation:

Blessed him with comfort and prolonged his life so he could enjoy, take pleasure, and benefit from it, increasing him in affluent living

أعطاها المتعةَ بعد الطلاق، وهى مال أو نحوه لتنتفع به

🇬🇧 Translation:

To provide her with mut'ah (compensation/provision) after divorce, which is wealth or the like for her to benefit from.
